Costas Lakis is a professional painter, illustrator and graphic arts expert. In addition, he has participated in a number of plays as an actor, a set-costumes designer and a story writer.
He organizes and teaches Creative and Artistic workshops for adults and children .The workshops center on painting, creative constructions, theater role playing (using your body) as well as role improvisation.
He has participated in 14 individual and 6 team painting exhibitions. Since 2009, he has been acting in theatrical plays. Moreover, he has studied improvisational theatre techniques and organization of theatric games. He has also designed theater set and costumes for a number of plays. He occasionally writes for the Kastoria local newspaper “Odos”.
In 2011 he created an innovative educational art training program called BREATH which involves the organization of workshops for teams of children as well as adults. The workshops involve painting, construction of small art objects, act improvisation and theatrical games.
